🚚 Free Worldwide Shipping

We’re happy to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, worldwide — with no minimum spend.

Please note: While we ship to most countries, a few regions may not be supported. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, feel free to contact us at sales@patandpetemporium.com before placing your order.


⏱ Estimated Processing & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and include both processing and transit time.

  • Standard processing time: 8–10 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 weeks from order date

Some items may ship faster (within 1–2 weeks) and are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that all shipping estimates are approximate and may be affected by customs delays, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.


🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Pat and Pet Emporium is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges incurred during import processing.


📦 Order & Shipping Updates

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your item ships, we’ll send a separate shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number.


🔍 Tracking Your Shipment

Tracking numbers typically become active within 48 hours after dispatch. You can track your order using:

  • Your shipping confirmation email
  • Our Track My Order page, which supports major platforms like:
    • 17Track
    • AfterShip
    • Global Track
    • EMS

📭 Haven’t Received Your Order?

If you haven’t received your package within 42 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@patandpetemporium.com. Include your order number, and our team will investigate the issue within 1–2 business days.


🚚 Shipping Carriers

We use a range of reliable carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery, including:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, Cainiao Standard, AliExpress Standard Shipping, and other trusted couriers.


🛠 Returns & Damaged Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the buyer. AU & EU customers: Your rights under local consumer laws apply.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us at sales@patandpetemporium.com within:

  • 7 days of delivery (USA & Australia)
  • 10 days of delivery (International orders)

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • Images of the original, packaging, and tags

If your return is approved, we may issue a refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
