We want you to love your purchase from Pat & Pet Emporium. While we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors, we do offer refunds, or store credit, for items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not as described

📸 How to Start a Return

  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Photos of the product, packaging and tags

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.

If approved, we may offer:

We ship globally and apply the same return standards to international customers:
